The information and communication technology is the term information and communication technologies has two meanings. On the one hand, the term 'information technologies' is used quite frequently. He does this to refer to any form of computation, the people use this technologies on some of these examples that can help you understand more of this theme, here are the examples:

School- Here we use the technology on iPads, laptops, canons, etc and telephones

Job-internet, telephones, PCs, laptops 

House-internet, telephones, cellphones, laptops etc.

And there are more examples of this great communications and information, but I wrote the more important ones so you understand better.
